1. What products do you offer?
We specialize in a wide range of outdoor powersports vehicles, including dirtbikes, ATVs, UTVs, go-karts, golf carts, and mini bikes. Our collection is designed to cater to both beginners and experienced riders of all ages.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
We do try to offer Free Shipping when the situation allows us. Shipping policies vary depending on the product and location. Please check the product page for specific shipping details. We aim to offer competitive shipping rates and timely delivery for all orders.
3. What is your shipping policy?
We partner with third-party LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers with liftgate services to deliver vehicles, and UPS or USPS handle parts and accessories. LTL transit times typically range from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location. During high-demand seasons, such as holidays, transit times may extend by an additional 3 to 5 business days. Orders cannot be canceled or refused due to transit delays.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Key West, or other islands. If you place your order and we cannot deliver to you, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery Requirements: For all vehicle deliveries, an adult 18 years of age or older must be present to inspect and sign off on the delivery. This is a crucial step to ensure the product arrives in proper condition. We recommend having a boxcutter handy when the delivery arrives.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Before signing off on your delivery, it is important to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and its packaging. Here are the steps you should follow:

Check the Packaging: Inspect the external packaging for any visible damage or signs of mishandling during transit, such as tears, dents, or other noticeable wear. If there are any visible issues, make sure to note them.

Inspect the Vehicle: Once the packaging is opened, carefully inspect the vehicle for any damage or missing parts. Look for cosmetic issues, such as scratches or dents, as well as functional components like the tires, brakes, or engine parts.

Document Damage: If you find any damage or missing parts, document everything with photos or videos before accepting the delivery. This documentation will be critical for filing any damage claims or requesting replacement parts.

Note on Delivery Slip: It’s essential to note any damage or missing parts in writing on the delivery receipt or slip before signing. By documenting the issues on the delivery slip, it protects your rights and ensures that we can assist you in resolving any problems.
Final Step: Once you’ve inspected the package and noted any issues, sign the delivery slip if the vehicle is in satisfactory condition or has only minor cosmetic issues. If the damage is significant and you do not wish to accept the delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service team immediately.
By signing for the delivery, you are confirming that the product was received in satisfactory condition. Any claims for damage after signing without noting issues will be more difficult to address, as the carrier considers the delivery complete.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that once an item has been accepted at delivery, all sales are final. If there are damages, make sure to note them on the delivery slip and contact our team. Return shipping fees and a 20% to 35% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status and delivery progress through the shipping carrier’s website.
6. Do you provide warranties on your products?

7. Are the ATVs and dirt bikes suitable for beginners?

8. Do you offer financing options?
At the moment, we do not offer direct financing. However, we recommend using services like PayPal Credit or SHOP PAY or checking with your bank for financing options that can be applied to your purchase.
9. How do I assemble my vehicle when it arrives?
Most of our products come partially assembled (70%) for shipping purposes. Basic assembly is required, and instructions are provided with each product. If you have any trouble assembling your vehicle, please contact our customer support team for assistance or look up your model on Youtube.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
11. How do I choose the right size ATV, dirt bike, or go-kart for my child?

With proper care and maintenance, these vehicles can serve you well for over a decade.
